Payment conditions
Hotel bookings will be made in the order in which registrations are received, according to availability, and only on the basis of a fully completed registration form including credit card details. In the event of "no show", the data will be transmitted to the hotel and the cost of the first night will be debited. Reservations received after 15 March 2006 cannot be guaranteed and will be made according to availability.
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing (fax, letter, email) to the conference organisers (PCO).
As a participant in the framework of the Austrian EU Presidency, you and one accompanying person are eligible for special congress rates on flights with Austrian, Austrian Arrow and Lauda. Please use the following code when booking: Code-EUPR6.

Please contact the welcome desk on arrival at the airport.
Participants will receive their name badge on registration in the Landtagssaal foyer in St. Pölten. All participants are requested to wear their name badge during the conference. Admission to the conference and receptions is reserved to persons wearing the badge.
There is no conference fee. Participants bear the costs of travel from their point of departure to the airport/station of arrival. These costs cannot be refunded by the conference organisers.
There will be simultaneous interpretation of all items on the programme in German, English and French.
