The Presidency of the European Union extends its sincere condolences to the Governments and people of Armenia and the Russian Federation following the tragic crash on 03 May of the Armavia Airlines flight en route from Yerevan to Sochi.
On behalf of the European Union, the Presidency expresses its grief at the loss of life and offers its deepest sympathy to the families and friends of all those who died in the crash.
