The press centre for the EU-US Summit meeting will be in the Vienna Hofburg. The entrance is in the square Heldenplatz.

Equipment

The press centre is equipped with workstations, telephones, fax machines, PCs with Internet access (MS Windows XP and MS Word software), printers (b/w), photocopiers, electricity connections (220 V), TVs, a cloakroom, lockers, lounges, two cafeterias and a restaurant. Internationally standardised LAN, ISDN and analogue access points are available for Internet and data links for users’ own portable devices. A W-LAN network has also been set up.
