The City Airport Train (CAT) takes only 16 minutes from Vienna Airport to the city centre. Travellers can change at the terminus (Wien Mitte station) directly to the underground line U3 (Landstraße station).

Parking
The centre of Vienna, in which the Conference Centre Hofburg Redoutensäle is situated, is a short-term parking zone. A parking card has to be displayed in order to park on weekdays from 09.00 to 19.00 (purchasable at petrol stations, newsagents, etc). The maximum parking duration is 90 minutes.

A limited number of parking spaces are available for media representatives at the Heldenplatz square. Parking cards will be issued upon request at the accreditation desk in the EU2006 Media Accreditation Office of the Federal Press Service (Vienna 1st district, Innerer Burghof).
